Normally parcels will ship out the same day if payment received before 1pm.
We will provice delivery tracking codes in your order page after parcel send out, so that the customer can follow up with the courier service company for their parcels. (We suggest you start tracking after 24 hours as courier company may not update to their system on time)

For delivery to East Malaysia:
We are using Poslaju for small and light parcel.
For bulky and heavy parcel, we are using Pos Parcel Express which normally take 3-8 working days, please contact and discuss with us if you need the parcel fast with other shipping options.
As with all Fitness and Exercise Equipment, it is the responsibility of the customer and user to handle with care and to ensure their own safety when using the equipment.
BestPriceShop will not be responsible under any circumstances, in the events of any injury resulting from the usage of the fitness and exercise equipment.
Out of Stocks Product and Shipping Fee Issue:
BestPriceShop have right to give a refund for any orders that are out of stocks occasionally.
For any order which involve high shipping fee, BestPriceShop have right to cancel the order to grant a refund to the customer in case any mistake of shipping fee due to Shipping Company and any other parties. We will not going to bear any additional shipping charge due to above mistake. However, we will ensure no monetory loses to our buyer where we will give them a full refund.
We implement 10 Days Full Refund with No Question Asked Policy.
1. If you don't like the product you receive, just send it back to us in good condition we will grand you a full refund with no question asked.
(refund excluded shipping fee and 10% admin charges), buyer will also bear the "send back shipping fee" in this scenario.
(Pls note that product return have to be in "sellable condition")
2. If defective products, we will bear the sending back shipping cost and proceed for a replacement.
