Your order will be dispatched speedily by the Pos Malaysia or Kangaroo Express. The cost of delivery will be added to your Order Total before your payment card details.



  1. The paid orders will be processed in working daily basis , which is Monday to Friday only. The daily cut-off time for order processing is on 12.00pm (Malaysia Time). We will send out your order on the same day, if we receive your payment notification before 12.00pm.
  2. Please allow up to 3 working days (not included Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday) delivery to avoid disappointment.
  3. We might delay your order delivery without prior notice due to technical or resources problem. For urgent order, please make note in your order form so we can try our best to carry special arrangement for you.
  4. If happen that your ordered item is out of stock, we will try our best to contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain condition, we might refund to you directly without prior notice.
  5. After sending out your parcel, we will inform you the tracking number by your contact email. If you do not receive your parcel after the promised leadtime, please contact the courier company directly.
  6. If youve given us an undelivered address or contact number and causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you. You will have to pay the additional shipping for resending the parcel.
  7. Sorry, we do not deliver to P.O Boxes.
  8. All shipments are inspected for damage or breakage before shipment. However accidents happen in shipping. Therefore at the time of receiving you parcel from courier services or Poslaju, ensure that the parcel is in a good condition and no broken package. If parcels are not properly sealed before received, you should make a claim through the shipping company. Make sure the driver makes a note on the bill of lading before he leaves or buyers can ask them to return the goods to us.

Any problem take place during delivery that handle by courier services or Poslaju (like item lost), shall all be compensated and responsible by the courier services or Poslaju. Liability Clause for courier services or Poslaju are as followed to their Terms and Conditions. We will try our best to discuss with the courier services or Poslaju to help our buyers to fix any of those problems.
