TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. All item will be sent out within 24 hours after payment has been verified.
  2. Payments made before 12 noon(business days) will be dispatched for delivery on the very same day.
  3. No Shipments on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
  4. All parcels will be sent on Monday - Friday before 12 noon.
    (Please Include shipping charges for C.O.D and Shipping).
  5. Buyers will be notified of deliveries parcel tracking details will be provided to buyers upon dispatch of parcel for delivery. It is the sole responsibility of buyers to check and trace their parcels.
  6. If you did not receive your items after 5 days please inform us immediately via email.
  7. Buyers will be liable for all surcharges incurred for redelivery of returning parcels due to non-collection/unclaimed during delivery period.
  8. All sales are final and non-refundable.
  9. All buyers automatically agrees and are bonded to our Terms and Conditions upon purchased on any of WhiteEastern.com products.
  10. Please agree with Shipping and Handling Charges applied as stated if you wish to buy.
  11. Please make payment within 3-5 days after ending of bid. Non-paying bidder will be reported to Lelong and Joybidder will be blacklisted.
  12. If payment is not being made within 5 days, SELLER reserves all right to cancel the deal and resell the item without prior notice.
  13. Please do not bid if you do not agree with our terms and conditions stated!
  14. Please do not bid if you do not intend to pay!
  15. Product found to be defective/damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abused, negligence, acts of nature, warranty will be voided.
  16. For DIY mechandises, we recommend engaging professional installation services.

POLICY


Warranty Return Policy
Warranty granted for all goods sold by WhiteEastern.com within 7 calendar days upon delivery of parcels.

Returned products must be in the same condition as you received, and in the original box and / or packaging. The receipt must be delivered back with the item returned; if not, the return will not be accepted.
All return shipping costs will be borne by customers.
All costs incurred for replacement / refunds due to inaccuracy of deliveries that differs from official orders will be fully covered by
WhiteEastern.com.
All returns should be made only via registered courier / mailing services with mail tracking details, should there be cases if the returning parcels goes missing during the returning trip, WhiteEastern.com will not bare responsibility.

Ineligible Returns / Replacements

We will not accept returns for replacements for any item that has been worn, used, soiled, defaced, damaged or voluntarily altered, and damaged due to improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, acts of nature.
If an item was sold as a set, individual elements of that set cannot be returned for a replacement.

Items returned without preauthorization from WhiteEastern.com will not be accepted, and will be returned to sender.
Further damages caused to a defective/damage reported item during the return, will also not be granted for replacements.

Requesting Returns / Refunds for Merchandises

All returns have to be notified to WhiteEastern.com and pre-authorized before returning.

Processing of Returns

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for us to process your return. You will receive notification via e-mail / sms to inform that your return has been processed. If you still have not received e-mail or written confirmation that your return has been processed, please kindly get back to us by e-mailing to our Customer Support Team at wesupport@whiteeastern.com

Refunds

All sales are final, no refunds no exchanges will be granted nor entertained by WhiteEastern.com
