TERMS & CONDITIONS


  1. All products will be checked, tested and properly wrap before we ship out.
  2. All products purchased are not allow to be refunded unless buyer did not receives the product as ordered or comes with defect.
  3. Buyers is responsible to provide all the correct information.
  4. Buyers will be responsible for any unexpected tax if it is charged at local customs and / or duty charged by their country.
  5. Your delivery date may be differ if your items is purchased close to holiday or peak seasons. We will advice you the date accordingly.
POLICY


  1. The Return Policy is a guarantee provided by us for every products purchased from our store. We make sure your products will be checked or tested before we ship out. Unless the item buyer receives is not as describe or comes with defect, otherwise any return must have solid prove. Without the supporting information, we cannot process your refund.
  2. We are sorry that your products did not work for you. The Return policy does not include in situation such as if buyers no longer want the items that purchased or finds it out of fashion. Any products purchased cannot be returned. Unless as stated in clause No.1, product will be replaced with the similar product. No money will be refunded.
  3. For new replacement, buyer must inform and return the product within the 7 days after receiving their products. The replacement of the products must be in its original condition (in original shoe box and / or packaging). Products, goods, accessories, jewellery and etc., which show signs of being used, opened, damaged, washed, worn, damaged or had tags removed from, will not be taken back by the us.
  4. Seller will only pay for the shipping fee should the products received is not as describe.
  5. The return process will takes from the date the buyer received back the products. We will take about 2-10 business days to evaluate and replace your products.
  6. The refund will not be available under the following circumstances:
    - Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control i.e. providing the wrong shipping address, phone number that cannot be reached or buyer did not claim the products within the specific date according to the delivery company.
    - Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the seller’s control i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed due to natural disaster.
    - Short pay for the products (i.e. pay less than the amount the total price charged).
