Netpay charges is under lelong.com.my. We do not get any charges on it. In case of out of stock item, buyers only get refund for the total amount after deduct the 3% charges if buyer was make payment via m2u, cimblick or hlb. Except credit card payment only will fully refund. We recommeded buyer to click on other payment method below netpay then pay direct to seller to void 3% netpay charges if not paying via credit card.
Lost of Parcel
Seller shall not held responsible for any lost of the parcel during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company. We could also help buyer to claim for it.
Out Of Stock
We cant ensure that all product in live posting are in-stock. Live products will only update from time to time. If the item you order is out of stock, you will be informed with the option to change other product or cancel your order and get refund.

Your order must be received clear credit authorization by 12 pm (noon)or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Orders are shipped on business days only (Mon-Fri).We require 1 to 2 days to process your order.We normally ship our orders within 24 to 48 hours after the order is received.
1. Goods sold are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable otherwise a cancellation fees of 30% on purchase price will be imposed.
2. We do not offer refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented. In the event of damaged, missing or incorrect goods received, these matters must be reported to us ASAP at 0172292882 (Jack) within 3 days of receiving your items.
3. Please make sure the parts fix with your car model before place order. Refund will not be accept if order was place wrongly.
4. If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item. Shipping and Handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
The following conditions apply:
All goods returned must be in its complete and original packing conditions. Items which are removed from its original packing, used, soiled or washed are not entitled for the refund/return.

Cooz Auto shall replace the same items to customers in the event that wrong goods are delivered or damaged that are directly resulted from Cooz Auto' error. In the event that same items/goods are not available, Cooz Auto shall refund the purchase price of the items excluding the delivery charges to the customer.
If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and always try to work with my reasonable customers. Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort! I strive for positive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships.
