Do you ship to my area?
We are currently shipping to Malaysia only.
When will my order arrive?
Under normal circumstances, you get to receive your order within 5 business days (7 business days for East Malaysia) from the day you place your order and make payment.
For offline bank transfer, please allowadditional 3 business days.
Can I track the shipping?
Yes, the tracking number and courier engaged will be included in the shipping confirmation email. You can check the shipping status via the site provided by respective courier.
Note: Sometimes the tracking number is not working yet because your order has just been shipped. Try to check again in 24 hours and the information should be available.
What if I haven't received my order?
Something might have gone wrong if you still haven't received your order within 8 business days after you've placed your order and made payment.
The first thing you can do is check your order status. Contact us if your order status is not shipped, otherwise check whether the shipping address is correct.
If nothing is wrong there, track your shipping status via the courier's site. Check with the respective courier company to see if they're holding your order and contact us if they're unable to find it.
What if the order is being Return to Sender?
We advise the customer to check the shipment status more frequently and if you do not receive your order after 5 days from order date, kindly contact us IMMEDIATELY for further assistance to avoid the shipment return to us.
If your parcel is being returned to sender due to any reason such as:
- Unclaimed (recipient not at home, packages may be held at the courier office for pick-up, and if the recipient does not go and pick it up within a certain time frame it will be sent back to us).
- Incomplete / Insufficient Address (incorrect address was provided at checkout).
- Undeliverable as Addressed
- The item is refused by the addressee (someone at the address told the mail carrier that no one with that name lives there/ works there).
You may be responsible for the shipping charges to re-ship the parcel. Please note that we, unfortunately, cannot re-ship orders until the original package is returned to us, and we cannot intercept or redirect a package once it is marked as "return to sender".
Incorrect Address - if the shipping address on your order is incorrect or incomplete, please note that we cannot change the delivery address after an order has been shipped.
