If there is any problem with the product, kindly inform us within 7 days period after receiving the item.
We will ship a new unit after buyer has returned the product.
The return cost and/or indemnity may be charge to buyer after item returned.
The refund may not be accepted in the following condition:
1. The item has been damaged by customer's fault (except only opened packaging).
2. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the customer's usage/consumption.
3. The item's value has been remarkably decreased due to the time-sensitive sale.
4. The item has been customized for specific buyer.
