All items sold are not refundable.
1. The warranty covers DOA (Dead on Arrival) and general manufacturing defects.
2. It does not cover any form of physical damage to the device unintentional or otherwise.
All orders are generally shipped within 3 working days (except public holidays). All shipments are through registered delivery services and are associated with tracking numbers. We will provide the tracking numbers for your shipments once it is on its way. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected with additional padding.
For customers who require warranty support:
(1) Notify us of the fault at email@example.com
(2) Include the following details in your e-mail:
Date of purchase
Brand and model number
Details of the fault
(3) Write the Authorization Reference Number on your return-shipping label. Return shipping will be borne by the customer and we recommend that a registered delivery service (with tracking number) be used.
(4) The returned product must be accompanied with its original packaging and provided accessories. Any promotional items that were bundled with the product must be returned as well.
(5) Any returns without the original packaging or accessories will not be accepted.
(7) DOA items will be replaced if a claim is made within 7 days of the purchase. Claims made after that period will be considered as a standard warranty claim. Warranty repairs will take between 2-5 weeks.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular price items can be refunded.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to you (or original method of payment). You will receive the money within a certain amount of days.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
