1. We warrant that the product will be delivered undamaged in the quantities ordered;
2. We try our best to deliver product in excellent condition. However, if you inform us that the product is faulty, you agree to keep the product in its current condition available for us to inspect within a reasonable time;
3. Before we can proceed with the replace/refund, we may need your assistance and prompt provision of certain information regarding the product, including:
(a) Detail about damage or defective of product
(b) Delivery note number and such other information as we reasonable require
4. If we find that the product has:
(a) Been misused, abused or subjected to neglect, improper or inadequate care, damage or abnormal conditions; or
(b) Deteriorated through normal wear and tear after delivery by us, we may at our discretion decide not to replace or refund you for the product and/or we may require you to pay all reasonable carriage costs and servicing costs at our current standard fees and costs and charge this to your credit or debit card, or the payment details that you provided to us when you made your order.
7 Days Return Policy
1. If you are not happy with the product, you may return the unworn item with tags attached to New Dressing within 7 days upon receiving the item in exchange for store credit (items can only be returned for store credit);
2. However, items such as underwear, inner wear, bikinis, swimming trunks and earrings cannot be returned for hygiene purposes;
3. Return can be made through courier service.
4. Before sending the item back to us in its original packaging, please drop us an email about the return at email@example.com;
5. Please pack the item and send it back to:
21-1, Jalan Sri Permaisuri 9, Bandar Sri Permaisuri, 56000 Cheras
6. Once we receive the returned item, we will process your request within 3 business days;
7. Email notification will be sent to you once the store credit has been issued;
8. Please note that store credit is only granted once returned items have been deemed to be unworn and in original condition;
9. We apologize for not being able to credit money back into your account. For returned items we are only able to issue store credit which can be used on your next purchase.
1. We may cancel an order if the product is not available for any reason;
2. We will notify you and refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for the product;
3. If you wish to cancel your order, you can send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. No cancellation fee is required;
4. Once an order has been dispatched it may not be cancelled and the item must instead be returned to New Dressing according to 7 days return policy.
