All goods sold is not refundable neither exchangeable.
We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. Products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable unless we delivered the item in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.
If you encounter any problem with the product(s), please contact us at cs@ohsesame.com for further assistance within two (2) calendar days from the parcel delivered date. We will investigate the case and contact you accordingly. This should take approximately 3 business days. To speed up the return process, please provide your Order Number with images showing the defect item(s) and email to cs@ohsesame.com.
Once your return eligibility is confirmed, a return confirmation notification will be sent to you with. Once we have received your item(s) in its original condition, we will refund the purchase price for that item.
