Expected delivery to penisular Malaysia : 2-4 working days.Advantage: Cheapest and most effective courier service available for heavy parcel to penisular Malaysia we can source for our customer.
Downside: Might not able to cover some minor remote rural area, such as Felda settlement etc. For such incident, kindly opt for other courier or choose to pick up from nearest GDex branch.
Second Courier Service: KTM Kiriman Express
Expected Delivery to Penisular Malaysia : 2-7 working days
Expected Delivery to East Malaysia : 4-10 working days
Advantage: Able to cover some remote rural area, even inclusive of Felda settlement.
Downside : Slower in delivery, might be harder to contact and locate the parcel by calling their customer careline.
Third Delivery Option : Pos Malaysia (Normal Sea Parcel)
This service is only available as choice for delivery to East Malaysia as the parcel is delivered using Malaysia Pos through sea, and it normally takes around 25 to 40 working days to reach customer.
Advantage: Cheapest delivery option to reach East Malaysia Customer. Will be given a tracking number to track the parcel online 48 hours after posted.
Donwside: Parcel might take considerable amount of time to reach customer. For customer opt for this option, a considerable amount of patient is needed.
Fourth Delivery option: Pos Laju
Expected delivery to East Malaysia : 3-5 working days
Advantage: Cover whole Malaysia without fail, inclusive of remote rural area.
Downside: Expensive when delivering heavy parcel, especially our cabinet. Slightly more expensive than KTM Kiriman Express when deliver to East Malaysia. Can opt for this service for delivery to East Malaysia.
Please bear in mind that we look seriously into the matter of delivery, hence we always try to figure out the most cost effective way of delivering our parcel to our customer to minor the ownership cost of our customer while at the same time ensure there is no damage to the product that we shipped out.
