WARRANTY POLICY

RETURNS POLICY

• Product sold strictly not accepted for return due to change of mind, wrong purchase. 

• For warranty claim, we require an RMA for each item being returned. Please write in via email (Mail to: help@unbox.my) for assistance.

• Returned items must be in original condition, including tags, booklets, and labels.

REFUNDS

• Refund will be issued to original payment method. Otherwise, it will be conducted with the relevant method.

• Restocking fee will apply to some returns.

• You will be responsible for return shipping costs of non-defective merchandise.
