1. We will normally ship orders within 24 work hours of payment received. This is only applicable for payment received on Sunday to Friday (except public holidays).
2. 'Ship within 1 working day' means we will post the item within 1 working day and does not mean 1 day arrival. Both Saturday and Sunday are our off days.
2. Although most shipments are expected to arrive within the next working day (after posting), we DO NOT guarantee next day arrival. This is because all shipment arrival is dependent on the courier company.
3. Our daily payment cut-off for same day shipment is 12 noon. If payment is received after 12 noon,
we will only post it the next working day.
4. Please only contact us if you do not receive you order after 3 working days of shipment made. It is not our responsibility to constantly follow up on shipment status of each order due to the large number of parcels handled daily.
5. Tracking number will ONLY be updated on LELONG after 6PM daily. Please retrieve your tracking by logging into your LELONG account.
6. We reserve our rights not to entertain any Call, SMS, or Email request for delivery status if the shipment is shipped for any duration less than 72 hours. You should try to make your own verification on the respective courier company tracking system with the given tracking number
