Only place your order if you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1) We reserve our rights to cancel the order if item is out of stock or item is no longer available.
2) We reserve our rights not to entertain any request for change to other products or colours once payment is made.
3) Please contact us to resolve any doubts before placing your order. You should understand that your order is a contract and is subject to terms and conditions stated under this section.
4) We reserve our rights to blacklist any non-paying buyer.
5) Buyer will receive an email notification from LELONG after order is confirmed. Please make payment within three (3) days.
6) If Buyer fails to make payment within 3 days we reserve our rights to cancel the order and resell the item without any further notice.
7) In the event, a wrong or faulty item is received, kindly notify us within 48 hours. You shall thereafter return the item to us via tracked courier (limited to Poslaju cost). Upon receipt of the returned item, we will undertake to reimburse return shipping cost. We will send a replacement (subject to stock availability) or make a full refund (if item or equivalent alternative is no longer available) once we receive the returned item.
8) In the even the returned item is proven to be the correct item or if it is proven not to be faulty, the Buyer shall be held responsible for all postage cost to resend the item back to the Buyer. Furthermore, we will not reimburse the Buyer's return shipping cost.
9) We will reserve our discretion to use Pos Express, POSLAJU or other courier/shipping services unless stated otherwise. All shipping charges are not refundable.
10) Products with warranty will have their warranty starting from the date of received (based on courier tracking). All postage cost for warranty claims are borne by Buyer (unless if warranty claim are made within 48 hours of item receipt).
11) Most accessories are not covered by warranty (unless specified otherwise). Please confirm with us warranty terms for product before placing order.
12) All reports of non-delivery shall be made to us within 7 days of shipment. This will enable us to lodge a report with the respective courier company.
13) All damaged or incompatible item received shall be made to known us within 48 hours of receipt (based on courier tracking). Therefafter the item should be returned to us within 7 days for replacement.
