When you make purchase with us, that means you have already understand and agree with all our terms and conditions including our Delivery Policy, Warranty and Return Policy.

This agreement is effective unless and until either by the customer or us. Customer may terminate this agreement at any time. However, we may also terminate the agreement with the customer without any prior notice and will be denying the access of the customer who is unable to comply the terms and conditions above.

As a premium customer in Blue Rhino IT Distribution, your products are covered by Malaysia Authorized Distributors. Hence, Malaysia Authorized Distributors have the final decisions on all warranty claim process.

Please take note (For Return):
1) Return product(s) must be sent in its original packaging. Delivery costs to be borne by customer.
2) All return request must be done and send back to us within 7 days upon product arrival.
3) We accept 7-day return only for this one reason - Product totally (100%) not functioning upon arrival.
4) We do not accept return for irresponsible reasons:
- Change of mind
- "Not like what I expected"
- Orderng wrong item
- "Product not compatible with my machine, because I forgot to read the product specifications."
- "Feel" not right
5) If you do not agree with our RETURN Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your ordering. Once we receive your order, that means you already agreed with our agreement.
 
 
 
Please take note (For Warranty Claim):
1) Warranty claim product(s) must be sent in its original packaging. Delivery costs to be borne by customer.
2) Warranty claim application should be backed with purchase receipts from us.
3) Products that are not eligible for Warranty are:
- Any product not purchased from Blue Rhino IT Distribution.
- Any product without a valid, readable serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number.
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product.
- Any product that is already End-Of-Life, no more selling by local brands' distributors.
- Any product that exhibits physical damage.
- Items such as power adaptors, cables, batteries, software CDs, connectors, media (unless otherwise specified).
5) If you do not agree with our WARRANTY Terms and Conditions, please do not proceed with your ordering. Once we receive your order, that means you already agreed with our agreement.
