Pos Malaysia: No more delivery of Power Bank to East Malaysia

Mutakhir ini, Pos Malaysia Berhad menerima banyak pengeposan bateri litium dan power bank ke Sabah, Sarawak dan luar negara. Selaras dengan peraturan yang terkandung di dalam Peraturan Barangan Berbahaya (Dangerous Goods Regulations), terbitan International Air Transport Association (IATA), Pos Malaysia Berhad tidak boleh mengendalikan item berbahaya di dalam mel udara, bungkusan udara dan EMS.
Bateri litium dan power bank dikategorikan sebagai barangan berbahaya. Pelanggan diminta untuk memastikan tiada bateri litium atau power bank terkandung didalam bungkusan yang dihantar.
Larangan ini berkuatkuasa pada 1 November 2014 dan sebarang pegeposan item yang mengandungi bateri litium atau power bank akan ditahan di Pos Malaysia International Hub (PMIH). Semua hantaran yang ditahan boleh dituntut kembali tanpa pemulangan caj pengeposan.

Dear valued customers,
Pos Malaysia has announced all parcels that contained lithium are no longer allowed to be delivered to East Malaysia. This includes Sabah, Sarawak, and the Federal territory of Labuan.
Products such as uninterruptible power supply (UPS), power bank, automatic voltage regulator (AVR),  and lithium batteries
are all categorized as prohibited items based on the regulations as stated in International Air Transport Association (IATA).
However, this only applied to Pos Malaysia/PosLaju which doesn't affect other courier companies such as GD Express but the rates may be slightly higher.
To check rates for other couriers, please do not hesitate to contact us.

RMA (Warranty Claims)

Please refer below to follow our simple step-by-step warranty claim process.

Step 2: Please ensure all items are well packed and ready for pick up.
Once your request is being processed, a warranty pick-up will be assigned to your place within 1-2 working days.
- Nonetheless, shipping fees will be charged for both ways except DOA. 
- Service fees will be charged for warranty that has expired.
- We are unable to provide an exact date of the warranty return as some warranties may take longer than usual (e.g. 1-8 weeks); depending on the service progress of each vendors.
- We will be in touch once your warranty is ready for return or further references are required.
