POLICY


Refund and exchange policy

We are happy to accept a return within 7 days of purchase, subject to the Refund and exchange policy below.

Change of mind

If you change your mind about the products you have purchased from us, we will refund or exchange those products subject to the following conditions:

1. Item(s) must be returned within 7 days of purchase, together with proof of purchase. You will need to provide us with your order number, product name, buyer name, contact number and write down the exchange or refund reason.

2. Item(s) must be in original condition with all tags attached, undamaged box and packaging.

3. For exchange item(s), you are responsible for any costs associated with returning the item to us.

4. Item(s) below are not eligible for refund or exchange due to hygiene concerns.

a) Toiletries and beauty care (nail polish)
b) Lingerie
c) Swimwear
d) Bedding (Bedsheets, pillow, bolster, quilt, comforter)
e) Linen (Pillowcases, bolster cases)
f) Towels (face, hand, bath)
g) Opened Mattresses
h) All socks, handkerchiefs and hosiery
i) Food

If you request for an exchange, subject to product(s) availability the exchange item will be delivered to you within 2-3 working days once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets condition 1-4 above. If a product is unavailable, a longer period of time is needed to re-stock.

If you request for a refund, the purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you within 3 working days once we have received the returned item and confirmed that it meets condition 1-4 above.

Faulty

If an item has manufacturing defect, wrongly described, or was delivered incorrectly based on what you order then we will refund the purchase price and delivery charges or provide a replacement product provided the item is returned within 7 days from our confirmation.

 

How to Refund / Exchange:

1. Contact or email us with the subject stating "Exchange" or "Refund". Please include details of your order number, product name, buyer name, contact number and state the exchange or refund reason.

2. Our team will verify your request based on the refund and exchange policy and reply within 2 working days. Once the policy has been met, our team will contact you to arrange for an exchange or refund.

3. The product(s) must be returned within 7 days after receiving our confirmation email. Please do not return the product(s) before receiving confirmation from our team.
