1) Please retain your original receipt and warranty card for warranty claim . However , postage fee for re-delivery to the intended address will be paid by customer .
2) POS Malaysia as our courier company . We will free shipping for all customers within Malaysia ; oversea customers will be imposed postage fees .
3) Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within 5 working days .
4) After shipping , we will E-mail the consignment note to customer . After 2 weeks , any unclaimed consignment will be sent banck to us and the customer will incur the shipping charges to have their unclaimed consignment to send out again .

~ Products purchased are not refundable except when faulty or wrong product is being delivered. Please kindly contact us within 3 days and deliver it back to us within 7 days.
~ Please note that customer will be responsible for any return shipping charges during second times.
~ Please make sure all returned products are well packaged and sent via trusted postal service or courier. SEINE NETWORK will not take responsibility for any return products damaged or lost in transit.
