POLICY


Shipment Charges

For Peninsular Malaysia

Livestock, for example shrimps – RM15.00 for 1st 3kg (Pack with polystyrene foam box, and ice pack)

Others – RM12.00 for 1st 3kg

(RM2.00 for every added kg)

For East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak)

Livestock, for example shrimps – RM30.00-50.00 for 1st kg (Pack with polystyrene foam box, ice pack)

Others – RM20.00 for 1st kg

(RM15.00 for every added kg)


DOA guarantee and products claim

We provide DOA (dead on arrival) guarantee for all the livestock and liveplants we shipped subjective to below areas and terms:

FOR PENINSULAR

- DOA term is valid for 48hrs after we send out the livestock or liveplants parcel. For example, Monday we send out, DOA term valid for Tuesday and Wednesday. We are not responsible for any damaged livestock or liveplants after 48hrs, especially any delay due to courier company or buyer (you) is not able to receive on time.

- If livestocks or liveplants arrive you damaged or death, we will resend you the damaged or death quantity, postage is fully borned by buyer (you). Buyer(you) is required to take clear photos of the damaged or death goods without unpackaging the packaging bag and submit to us within 24 hrs. DOA is void if you send us a photo after unpackaging the packaging bag.

- DOA term is void and buyers(you) are not applicable for any claims of damaged items, if it is due to buyer(you) problem not able to received the delivered parcel and resulting parcels delay sending to you. For examples, no one to receive parcel at the delivery address.

- If damaged good quantity is very small, for example 1 or 2pcs, we will consider refund of the damaged goods excluding paid postage fees to your account.

FOR SARAWAK AND SABAH

- For East Malaysia, we are not responsible for any losses of livestocks or liveplants parcel if any are detained by custom. Buy at your own risk. 

- DOA term is valid for 48hrs after we send out the livestock or liveplants parcel. For example, Monday we send out, DOA term valid for Tuesday and Wednesday. We are not responsible for any damaged livestock or liveplants after 48hrs, especially any delay due to courier company or buyer (you) is not able to receive on time.

FOR NON-LIVESTOCKS OR NON-LIVEPLANTS PRODUCTS 

What is your return policy?

1. Goods sold are not refundable or exchange for other products.

2. If you are completely not satisfied with your purchase (damage during shipment or wrong item etc) you can send it back to us.

  • For such damaged products received, you must submit us clear photos the same day you receive the damaged parcels, claims are not entitled if you notify us next day after you receive the parcel. Please take photos of damaged products from several angles (left, right, front, back, etc), photos of the packaging box when you receive our parcel, and photos of the original box of the products. These photos will help us to further expedite your claims. Claims are not entitled if you unable to provide us these photos.
  • Returns must be made within 7 days from date of purchase.
  • Damage items must be returned together with original box and receipt.

What will I get back?

For damaged items claim, you will receive another parcel of the same products for replacement. However, you have to pay for any postage cost incurred for such claim.

How can I make claims to damaged products received?

Please email your inquiry to support@shrimpoly.com with subject "Return Item". We will assist you as soon as possible. Please allow 7 working days for your inquiry to be processed. Alternatively, you can Whatsapp to +6011-23269699 to follow up.

To make the process run smoothly and faster, do email your inquiry with picture(s) of your item(s) to best describe the matter and condition.

How long will it take?

Please allow a minimum of 14 working days from the date we receive your return package to you.

How about postage charges?

Customer would have to bear the postage fee shipped back during the return process.

***Spare parts such as adapters, motor pump are available to purchase upon request after warranty period end.
***We do not cover warranty for Chihiros products that are not purchased from us.

***Faulty products will need to be returned to us to do inspection before claiming warranty. Repair works will be performed which take times around 3-14 days or longer depends on situation.
