We will take note for all orders and process further for delivery once payment(s) received. Order(s) received with payment(s) before 2pm (Monday - Friday) will be processed for delivery on the same day, and order(s) received with payment(s) after 2pm will be processed for delivery on next working day. Order(s) which received on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Public holiday(s) will be processed on next working day. For order(s) without payment(s), we will keep the order record(s) for 48 hours. We will cancel order record(s) without payment(s) after 48 hours and we will not take any action for delivery. We will send a reminder to the buyers after 24 hours when the order(s) is/are placed (according to the system record(s)).

All products sold in our store are NOT allowed to do cash refund. For product(s) received are “Not in Good Shape” or “Significant Not as Described”, we surely accept return(s) and replace new one(s) for you. In some cases, we may do cash refund partially or fully to you if the requested stock(s) is/are unavailable. Cash refund is subject to management approval and case by case basis.
Apart from the above mentioned, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we have a 7-Days Exchange Policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), we surely do exchange for you within 7 days, this is subject to stock availability. Please refer to our 7-Days Exchange Policy below. However, the 7-Days Exchange Policy DOES NOT apply to Sale, Clearance, and/or Promotion items in which we already clearly stated in the description - No Exchange, No Return, and/or No Refund (except product(s) not in good shape).
Conditions for Returns and Replacements
Item was damaged during shipment / Received a completely different item / Received fewer item as per your order(s) – You have to inform us immediately within 3 days after receipt of the product(s). Email the images of the damaged product(s) together with the signed and dated consignment note (to prove the receipt of the product(s) to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will reply your email with full and complete returns and replacements instructions. To qualify and meet the requirements of returns and replacements, you must return the damaged product(s), original packaging, and the original signed and dated consignment note to us within 7 days by standard POS Laju shipment. We will process your request within 7 – 21 working days when we received your return package. If the stock is available, we will send the item to you as per the original shipping address. If the stock is unavailable within a reasonable time, we will send a request to you whether you wish to wait for the arrival of stock or to opt for cash refund. Please bear in mind, you may disqualify for this privilege if you fail to do so with the mentioned instructions. Cost of shipping for returns and replacements will be borne by us.
We inspect all items carefully for defects prior to delivery. We treat all Returns and Replacements requests carefully and seriously. Please bear in mind, we DO NOT do cash refund for all products sold. Cash refund is not our practice, unless the requested stock(s) is/are not available, and we will send a request to you whether you wish to wait for the arrival of stock or to opt for cash refund. All cash refund is subject to management approval and case by case basis.

Reason to exchange (for improvement purpose)
We will process your exchange request within 7 business days and contact you by phone for further instructions.
For gentle reminder, you need to bear all shipping charges (inbound and outbound) for the exchange request(s). However, we will pay the shipping charges IF and only IF we send the wrong item(s) to you or the product(s) that we delivered is/are not in good shape.
