J&T, Skynet and Poslaju are our primary courier service. However, if you prefer other courier services, do let us know. We can arrange for it. Extra fee may apply. For buyer from Kedah & Penang, seller own delivery is possible upon prior communication and agreement between both parties.
All shipping fees are not negotiable and non-refundable. MoMo Store reserves the right to alter, apply or waive the delivery and packaging charges at our absolute discretion.

Delivery times for sub-urban/ remote areas in Malaysia may be longer. Delivery times are indicative only and MoMo Store does not accept any liability for failure to meet the scheduled delivery times or any inconvenience caused consequently.
We will arrange to send your item(s) within 3 working days (Monday to Friday except Public Holidays) after payment received. We will always notify you of any delay prior to processing your payment or delivery.
All risk of damage or loss is transferred to buyer upon dispatch of the item(s) to the advised mailing address. MoMo Store undertakes to provide adequate packaging and a reliable delivery service but is not responsible for any damage or loss of your purchase in transit, nor does MoMo Store insure against loss or damage of your purchase in transit.
Please ensure your Name, Shipping Address and Contact Number are correct. Please note that Poslaju service do not ship to P.O. box address. If the item is bounced back to the sender due to invalid address provided or some other reasons, the shipping cost will not be refunded. The buyer will have to pay the postage for resending the item since it is the buyer's responsibility to ensure a valid shipping address is provided.
Customer will be informed of courier tracking number via Lelong Update Shipping Details / Email / SMS once order is shipped. (P/S: Most courier companies do not update the status online instantly, thus we would advise you to check after 24 hours receiving the tracking number.)

Pricing Error Policy
If we found any errors on the price for any items listed in MoMo Official Store, we reserved the right to amend the price of the products even the order has been paid. We will then request buyers to confirm again if they agreed to the newly revised prices. If they do not agree to the revised price, order will be cancelled and money will be refunded to buyer in full.
All items unless noted otherwise, are sold without any manufacturer warranty.
For items that come with manufacturer warranty, warranty card will be included, all claims for warranty service should directed to the products manufacturer or authorized service center directly. If you are then directed to return the product from whom you purchased, then you must contact us immediately to arrange the return.

All sales are final! No refund and no exchange will be entertained except special case which communicated and agreed by both parties (seller & buyer).
In case there is really a need for return, please follow the steps below.
- Notify us on the damages/ defects within 24hrs upon received of parcel (base on tracking system). Any request that is more than 24hrs will not be entertained.

- Upon received your request, we will investigate and contact you in 3-5 business days for further instructions. (Do not return the parcel without our prior approval.)
- Seller will not responsible for lost and damaged during delivery by courier service. However, buyer has the right to claim from the courier company.
- Shipping and handling charges, insurance and other fees are not refundable in any case. Please keep all packing material and documentation in the event of your item that has to be serviced, repaired or returned. The buyer holds the responsibility for the package until it arrives at our location.
- Return cost must be paid by buyer.

- In original packing
- Price tag, brand tag, serial number or security seal must not be removed
- In new condition as when it is received (cannot be worn, used, disassembled, altered or attempted to repair by any person)
- Item must be returned in complete (include accessories)
- The packaging must be well sealed and not see through
- The product return or refund normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete. But it takes two to tango, we need to work together to resolve the issue. Please make sure all the requirement above are fulfill and we will try our very best to shorten the process.
