Ex-stock items are generally dispatched within 1-3 working days after receipt of cleared payment. Your parcels are shipped via Poslaju / Skynet and the associated tracking number will be updated in the system once the parcels have been collected.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Although you order at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Defective products are accepted for exchange within 7days from the date of purchase.
No returns are accepted unless prior written agreement by Synacorp upon purchase of the products.

Factory warranty applies, however no warranty is covered for consumable products. Out of box defects are accepted for exchange within 7days from the date of purchase.
