1. We are using PosLaju or Skynetfor for our parcel shipping. Please make sure your name, shipping address and contact number is correct. Please note that delivery service do not ship to PO box address. All orders will be sent out during weekday ( Monday – Friday ) excluding weekend and public holiday.
2. Courier company normally take 1-2 working days to make delivery within West Malaysia. Sabah and Sarawak may take 2-3 working days to make delivery. (Except Saturday, Sunday Public Holidays)
3. For Payment received after Friday 12 noon, the delivery will only make on the following Monday. ( Note: If you select Giro Payment ( Not direct payment ) from other Bank account, the payment will only show in our Maybank account in next day )
4. All shipment will be checked and carefully packed to avoid damage during the transit.
5. We will inform customer courier tracking number via LelongUpdate Shipping Details once an order is shipped. You can enter the tracking number in PosLajuor Skynetand click Online Shipment Tracking System to check your delivery status. Any Call, SMS, PM or Email chasing for delivery status would not be entertained for less than 72 hours after the parcel shipped.

6. Delivery sometimes delay is out of our control. Delivery could be delayed due to addressee not around at time of delivery, location address, public holidays or delivery workload of courier company. We DO NOT guarantee next day arrival of consignment although we have achieved over 95% successful rate in next day arrival.
7. Please contact us if you did not receive your parcel within 3 working days after shipped. We will not responsible for parcel unclaimed after a month from the shipped date. It's not our responsibility to follow up each consignments due to large amount of parcels sent out everyday.
8. Delivery charges may vary depending on the products and weights. Some large volume / heavy weight item will have additional shipping charge to Sabah / Sarawak.

1) Colour : due to the setting of monitor, colour might slightly different with the picture.
2) Size : please check carefully with the measurement provided.
3) Please make payment within 3 days after confirmed an order.
4) Please allow 1 to 2 working days to prepare the product delivery after payment. Once posted, we will key in the tracking number in the lelong system for checking.
5) If item is out of stock (this may happen occasionally due to booking later redeem), we will contact you immediately for a refund or exchange, or wait for the new stock arrive. Anyway, we may replace some similar item should you agree. We will refund back your money should you wish not to change or wait for the item arrive.
6) Goods sold are not cancelable. Unless the item is out of stock. (Pls refer clause 5. ). Shipping cost paid are not refundable for this case.
7) If it happens to be manufacturer default please inform us immediately within 48 hours for replacement. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost if any.

RETURNS and EXCHANGE POLICY :
When you buy from us, we want to make you completely satisfied. At Little Pink and Blue, our delivery procedures are to check all items before shipping out to our customer to ensure that all items are in order and in good condition.
Before returning, please take time to read our Returns and Exchange Policy Guidlinecarefully. We accept exchanged/ replaced items for product with manufacturer’s defect. All returns and exchange must notify us via email firstname.lastname@example.org / email@example.com OR whatsapp at 013 3510107 within 2 working days after receiving the products.
The following Returns and Exchange Policy Guidelines apply:
Once we receive your return and exchange request email, we will reply to you within 2 working days. Once you receive our reply email, you may proceed to ship back the return and exchange product to us within 5 days from the Product Return Acceptance email’s date. Kindly notify us via email the shipment company name and tracking ID.
The returned goods/products MUST BE the original shipping container/packaging as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund or exchange. Little Pink and Blue will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.
Once we have received the goods/product, we will checked and confirm with a reply mail. Little Pink and Blue will than email to customer the replacement price (excluding the delivery charges) within 2 - 3 working days. This Replacement price cannot be exchangeable for cash and can be solely used for purchase of items in littlepinkandbluelelongonline store.
Little Pink and Blue reserves the right to refuse any products of Returns and Exchange if it does not meet the above criterias.
