We accept credit or debit card, online banking and transfer. You can use NetPay system for online payment which offer a Buyer Protection Program where you are protected with full refund if you don't receive your order. We use different courier service for different weight of products. In the list are Poslaju, Airpak, City-Link, SkyNet etc.

(A) Return and Exchange

1. Buyer are allowed to return products within 7 days from received date under the following circumstances:
a) Manufacturing defects.
b) We delivered the wrong item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Steps to Exchange:

(i) Email us the pictures of the defected item and relevant details as prove of defect on the products. Returned products will be inspected thoroughly. Exchangeable or refundable policy is void if the products show any sign of used.

(ii) Return requests must be within 7 days from the date of parcel was shipped to your destination.

(iii) New and same item will be sent to you again via Registered Post, postage cost to be borned by us.

(iv) Replacement to a different product or Refund only can be done if the same item is out of stock.

3. We reserves the rights not to entertain any complaints filed after 30 days from the date the parcel was shipped.

4. We are not responsible if your parcel is returned to us due to:
- wrong/invalid delivery address during order confirmation
- failure to pick up your parcel at the post office by you.

(B) Check you parcel once received

Check your parcel once you have received them to see if you receive all the orders that you placed. If you happen to receive shortage of items you need to inform us immediately with detailed information and picture within 7 days from the date the parcel was received.

For clothing and shoes: Please confirm color and size before you check out. Order can be canceled only before we purchase your order from factory. Return and Refund will not be accepted under this circumstances. There might be an 1 or 2 inch variance in product size due to the material or the measuring method. Images are for your reference only. Actual colors of product may differ slightly depending on your monitor settings. Pattern design of items might not be exactly same as sample images. Items are not refundable or exchangeable for this reason.

(C) Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order after payment is made due to any reasons, kindly please inform us immediately. Worth to note that, not full payment will be refunded, 10% administration fees of your amount purchased will be imposed. Once products are SHIPPED, you are not eligible to cancel your order anymore.
