Payment

Please make payment with exact amount with delivery cost (if any), no refund for over-payment but we will put similar price items with over-payment amount randomly to compensate.

We accept the following payment methods:

1. Internet Bank GIRO transfer / Cash bank in

2. Cheque deposit

3. Credit Card by Netpay system in our webstore

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) – Delivery fee applied.

5. Cash on Collection (COC)

We will proceed the packing and send out the items after all the payment has been transacted (Pre-order items will delivered according to the estimated date stated in the descriptions).

Payment made after 12pm will treat as next day order, hence delivery will only proceed for next working day

For COD buyer, please arrange and agree the COD location with us (Only selected PJ or KL area). To avoid pranks, 10% of the item price and agreed delivery fee is payable before COD.

No deposit is required for COC, unless stated.

Please contact us after the full amount has been bank in / paid. A copy of bank in slip might required for payment verification.

Delivery

Items are only delivered after full amount has been received.

Pre-order items will delivered according to the estimated date stated in the descriptions.

Delivery costs are bear by the buyer (unless “Free Delivery” is stated).

We reserve the right on choosing / shifting the courier service provider.

All courier service provider are promise to deliver the goods by next working day for locations in peninsular Malaysia, however exception may happen for some reason.

If you do not accept any exceptional delay (especially during Festive Season) by the courier service provider, please do not place order.

For urgent buyer, please call and arrange COD or COC. COD and COC is only for Monday – Saturday (Except public holiday). COD order must at least RM1,000 in total bill and subject to delivery fees (Only selected PJ or KL area). Buyer is required to pay 10% deposit of total purchase price and full agreed delivery fees for COD arrangement.

"Customer satisfaction" is always our first priority, we promise that we will provide the best service as possible. All items are inspected before shipping.

1) Shipping normally take 1 – 3 working days to arrive.

2) For buyer who cannot accept any exceptional delay (especially during Festive Season) by courier service provider, please DO NOT place order.

• The shipping fees are quoted by the delivery agent base on the size and weight of the orders.

• Buyers are welcomed to appoint their own delivery agent to collect the products from our warehouse.

• Buyers are required to make full payment on collection or before delivery.

Warranty

Please read carefully warranty T C as below:-
Once you place order, mean you are accept the T C.

1) For New Condition Items, manufacturing defects warranty will be 7 days from the date of received or according to sale description warranty if stated.

2) Warranty does not cover the free gifts, battery or any consumable accessories enclosed (unless stated).

3) Buyer should bear the cost for returning the damaged items for warranty claim or replacement.

4) Item returned must come with complete original accessories and original Packed / Box. If not, no warranty is allowed.

5) Refund will be of the item purchase price, excluding shipping fees, handling Fee or other costs.
