What if I havent received my order?
We request that you carefully select your online purchases:
1. Buyer should confirm the goods received in good condition. Report to us the damage (if any) within 2 days.
2. Non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except for the special situation that we agreed to. For details, please kindly contact us @ 012-6081210
3. Buyer shall provide contact details (i.e.mobile phone no and email address), while seller would update tracking and delivery confirmation upon successful orders.
4. Seller shall not be responsible for lost/damage of the goods during the delivery period by courier services. However, the buyer may reserved the right to claim from the courier company.
All products are brand new and of good quality. There is absolutely no fake and second-hand product in our shipment. If detected any defective item, please contact us within 3-days of item received through Email. The defective merchandise will exchange with the same model. No refund will be issued. The returned item must be in the original condition. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
