* All orders will be processed on a daily basis during business hours, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm).
* The daily cut-off time for order processing will be 11.30am (GMT +08:00). We will send out your order on the same day if we receive your payment information before 12.30pm.
* If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you before sending out the parcel. However in certain conditions, we might refund you directly without prior notice.
* We at Telekung Online Store reserves the rights to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company to ship your parcel based on your location and the weight of your items. Please contact us if any courier company will not reach your location.
* We will send you a confirmation email with your parcel tracking number once we have shipped your item. If you did not receive your parcel after the promised lead time, please contact the courier company directly or perform your parcel tracking at courier website provided.
* If you’ve given us an invalid address or contact number causing the parcel to be rejected, we will not be responsible on resending the parcel to you and buyers will have to bear the additional cost.
* Customer can do exchange within 30 days from date of delivery receipt with original packing and all labels attached.
* All exchange is subject to availability. In the event that the exchangeable item is out of stock, customer can opt for a refund in the form of store credit.
* Shipping cost for exchange is borne by customer.
