All packages will be sent via Citylink, Pos Express or delivered by our own service vehicles.
Whilst all care is taken when packaging goods, should anything in your package be damaged during transit please advise us by calling 04-6466496 within 2 working days of receipt of goods to discuss your situation. Any damaged products that are of fault of Logistic Company need to be left as they were delivered to you and taken to your local Logistic Company’s branch for a claim to be filed.
All Postage and handling costs will be vary based on the item dimension .
We endeavour to have all orders dispatched within 5 workings days of your order being placed once payment has cleared into our account. However, products are subject to availability and delays may sometimes occur that are outside our control. If your order is urgent we strongly suggest you contact us to discuss your needs first to make sure that the products will be available in time for your required date before your order is placed.
We will provide the Carrier tracking number in the customer's account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with our assigned Carrier if necessary.

Damaged / Non-Working Items

Your Responsibilities when Returning Product
It is the customer's responsibility to pack products for return in the original box with sufficient packaging material. It is in the customer's best interest to insure the package. Items damaged due to improper packaging during return shipment will not be replaced or refunded.
IMPORTANT: When returning an item, please insure it and use a carrie that provides If it gets damaged in shipping and hasn’t been insured, you will be responsible for the cost of repairing or replacing the item.
Webvision do not offer any type of refund on goods that have been wrongly selected or change of mind.
