As for electronic/electrical aid product with brands, we will state the warranty by manufacturer in the product posting separately. For those warranty which we have stated in the product posting, please contact and make claim direct to the brand name accordingly.
As for those electronic/electrical items which we do not state the warranty in product posting, it means no long warranty coverage. Within 2 weeks from our delivery, any suspected faulty item case, customer please quickly inform us of the problem and ship back the item to our given address (at buyer cost). We will then test/check or send back to supplier to test/check the product and if confirm faulty, we will claim from supplier for FOC repairing or replace good unit for replacement and we will ship back the repaired/replacement unit to customer.
