We aims to deliver TV stand and other items within the time agreed upon at purchase or faster. Should you choose for item delivery instead of self-pickup from our shop, we will ship confirmed order within 1-3 days, if we stock is available. We have established a partnership with SKYNET delivery services, which can deliver item within next business day around Malaysia once the item is pickup from our warehouse. If we already ship your items, you may track the shipment via Skynet Advanced Transking System with the tracking code given, to know where your items are.

What's our Shipping Charges ?
Basically during checkout, if you choose for delivery, it will automatically add the shipping charges. For your information, for shipment around Malaysia (unless remote location) we charge based on weight.
- Below 20kg : RM50
- Up to 40kg : RM75
- More than 50kg : RM100

In these terms of sale, “we” means Status Instruments (and “us” and “our” will be construed accordingly); and “you” means our customer or potential customer for products (and “your” will be construed accordingly).
(3) Order process
The advertising of products on our website constitutes an “invitation to treat”; and your order for products constitutes a contractual offer. No contract will come into force between you and us unless and until we accept your order in accordance with the procedure detailed below.
In order to enter into a contract to purchase products from us, you will need to take the following steps:
· You must add any the products you wish to purchase to your shopping cart, and then proceed to the checkout.
· If you are a new customer, you must then create an lelong.com.my account and log in; if you are an existing customer, you must enter your login details.
· Once you are logged in, you must confirm your order and your consent to these terms of sale.
· You will be transferred to the payment site;
· We will then send you an initial acknowledgment.
· Once we have checked whether we are able to meet your order, we will either send you an order confirmation (at which point your order will become a binding contract) or we will confirm by email that we are unable to meet your order.
In the rare circumstance that your TV stand or item has a defect or is missing from your order please follow the directions in our FAQ or contact our Customer Service. When a shipping fee is charged on orders paid by Cash on Delivery, the full fee must be paid on the first delivery if it is the case that the order is being processed in multiple shipments.
You may return your order or items for any of the following reasons:
- You received a damaged item from the courier
- You have proof of purchase (order number, delivery note, bank statement).
- The goods must be in an 'as new' condition and returned in the ORIGINAL, undamaged packaging along with the accessories (including manuals, warranty cards, certificate of authenticity) and free gifts received with it.
- The product must not have been used or installed or had any data inputted.
- All sealed items must not be opened. In case you have opened the seal, please refer for assistance to the relevant service center indicated on the warranty information.
If your return meets all the requirements above and you wish to proceed with the return, please include the return slip in the parcel and send the item through Pos Laju (other courier service provides are also accepted) to us.
- Please keep the Tracking Number for the parcel provided by Poslaju to monitor your shipment to us.
- We will conduct an evaluation within two (2) business days of receiving your returned items, you will receive an sms and email once the returned item is received at the warehouse.
- If your return is valid, we will process your refund or replacement, based on what you have indicated in the return form. We will also reimburse the courier charges to you together with your refund/store credit.
- If your return is not valid, we will notify you and send the item back to you. We will not reimburse your courier charges.
