    Any Major Appliance products that are defective or damaged should be inspected and refused upon delivery. If delivery is complete, damage and/ or defects must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by calling +6019-277-5786.

    1. Paint: Custom/ Tinted paint products cannot be returned. If you have received an incorrect paint sample, please contact Customer Support at +6019-277-5786. for a replacement.

    2. Blinds: Only custom blinds identified as “Guaranteed to Fit” can be exchanged. Limited to four blinds per household. Exchange must by the same product and color. Additional charges may apply if there is a difference between old and new blinds. Exchange must occur within 15 days of receipt of package. I you have received incorrect product, please call +6019-277-5786. for a replacement.


    Damaged Items and Order Shortage Claims/ Replacement Parts

    If an order arrives damaged or incomplete or is in need of replacement parts, contact Customer Support at +6019-277-5786. within 7 days of delivery for resolution.
