• Kindly please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your items if you found any damage/defect with the item.
**The issue will not be accepted In the event of a violation which is defined as customer induced damage, such as self-repairs, exposure to water, damage caused by misuse, alternation, failure to comply with product manual, etc.
We will issue you a Product Return Confirmation Email and the returned items must reach us within 14 days from the date of the Product Return Confirmation Email.
The following conditions apply:-
Please note that we will deduct a 25% restocking fees of the product purchased price for return items.
Returned items must be in Complete/Original Packing. Items returned stained, washed, spoiled, or used will NOT be eligible for return.
Delivery charges are not refundable and if your items were shipped with free shipping, we will deduct the shipping charges from your refund.
Delivery cost incurred for returning the items will be borne by the customer.
Please return the unworn garments, with original labels attached, in its original condition. No exchange on used items. All returned items MUST be the same as the condition as we ship out.
AND can only be exchanged and must be sent back within 48 hours.
NO DAMAGED ITEMS by buyer or shipping allowed for exchanging.
Full and correct payment need to be done in three (3) days after the end of auction. We reserve the right to report any NPB (Non Paying Bid) if no payment is received in seven (7) days after the auction has ended.
Any request for removal of the NPB (Non Paying Bid) status will be solely based on our discretion and penalty and administrative charges of RM25 might apply.
Please DO NOT bid for any items listed in this store if buyer DO NOT agree any of the above points. Joy bidder/Buyer will be blacklisted and please stay away.
