Delivery services by courier service within Malaysia, Sabah, Sarawak Labuan Only.

Goods Delivery Policy:
1) Buyers are fully agreed that seller are not responsible on any damages or loss of parcel during delivery. If there is the case happened buyer need to direct deal with the logistic company. The seller would not made compensation on behalf of logistic company.
2) We always wrapped nicely and engaged professional well known logistic company to ensure good deliverly services to buyer.
3) Buyers will bear all the expenses on returning the goods if it is on whatever causes
1) Buyers are fully agreed Once payment is made, refund is not allowed. However buyer has the options to exchange with other higher value goods (top up) within 1 week of receiving the purchased item by communicating via email to "SportzDynamic@gmail.com".
2) Buyers need to produce the photo copy of clear payment receipt or evidence to seller. Lost receipt will not be entertained.
3) We do not make delivery suspicious payment or modified receipt (e.g. hand written words and amendments made) while further investigation is required.
4) Seller and relevant parties or authorities will take legal actions on any duplicated or fraudulent payment receipt given to seller.
Racket Stringing Policy:
1) Buyer not advisible to take risk on racket stringing during delivery due to the process of delivery and handling may risk damanging racket frame stung with tension.
2) Buyers are fully aware and agree to accept such risk for any strung racket may break during delivery. We do not entertained for any refundable or claims if customer insist to string any new racket.
3) Stringing Services for each racket will be charged additional RM10.

Goods Exchanged or Returned Policy:
1) Buyers are fully agreed all exchanged items subject to manufacturer decision. Manufacturer decision is the final decision.
If there is the any dispute on the goods claiming after the decision was made by Manufacturers, buyers need to directly deal with Manufacturer.

4) Items that exceeded 3 days from date of goods received shall not entitled to claims.
5) Only items are from Manufacturers defected entitled to claims and subject to Manufacturer's decision. All defects caused by wear and tear are not entitled to claims.

When your shipment arrives:
When you receive your shipment, please open and inspect merchandise on the same day as delivered.
Package / Merchandise that arrived damaged in transit must be reported to us the same day by email to "SportzDynamic@gmail.com" (advise to attach photos as proof). Please have the delivery personel make a note if the package they have delivered show signs of damages or possibilities of mishanding before signing to receive the goods.
If due to special circumstances should any product that needs to be returned, you should contact us via email to "SportzDynamic@gmail.com" within 3 days of receiving your item . Please include the order number, email address and problem in all correspondence. Provided the product return is allowable under our policy, you will receive a Return Authorization Letter. This number should be printed and sent to us along with the item to be returned.
Returns must be sent back to us only via reliable and traceable shipping methods. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. Returned merchandise must be post marked within 7 days from the date you receive your RA letter. We shall not be responsible for refunding an untraceable packaged item.
Refunds generally take 10 days, however may take up to 15 days to complete during month end period (after 28th of each month). We will NOT accept returns of items with obvious signs of usage or vandalized. If you return items in used condition, you will be responsible for the cost to have them shipped back to you.
Any return received with missing items or without original packaging will not be credited. If you attempt to return an item, which is not returnable, the item will be shipped back to you, and you will be charged the cost of shipping for sending it back.
The following items are NEVER returnable:
1) Any item that has been worn, used or altered.
2) Items that require special delivery.
If the product has manufacturer defect or you have received an incorrect item, we shall pay for the return shipping cost. In such event please email to us your name, Lelong Id, email address and item number that you've purchased. It is important that you send us email and pictures describing the problem while attaching photos as proof before returning it. Refunds are for the cost of merchandise only, we does not refund shipping and handling charges.
