- Turbochargers with internal wastegates are supplied with an 8psi/0.55 actuator.
- The adjustable actuator rod is intended for adjustment of the static wastegate tension, not for adjusting boost.
- The wastegate tension should only be tight enough to avoid the wastegate opening before full boost is achieved
- Even if you are running the same boost level as previous turbo the different boost response of your turbo will require different engine tuning. At the very least, we recommend having tghe car checked on a chassis dyno to ensure that air/fuel rations are safe at all loads and there is no detonation
