For bulky or high value items, we provide door to door service per case to case basis.

Domestic shipment (within Malaysia)- Shipping may take 1- 2 business days from the date of shipment.

Damage and Missing Items

In case of the parcel has been damaged or have missing items. Please notify us by phone 03-7806 3622 or email us within 3 business days of receipt.

For damages, please provide us a description and photo of damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via email.

Out of Stock Products

In the event of item you order is out of stock, we will notify you within the next business day of your order.

Return Policy

if you are NOT 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will glad to accept returns of packages within 3 days of the received date and issue a full refund, provided the product

• not used
• in the same condition you received it
• in the original box and/ or packaging

However, this does not apply to the Sales, Clearance, Items with Base SKU starting with initial S (example- SKU Sxxxx_xxxx) and in which items already mentioned no refund nor return, will not be entitled for this. Also, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product.

Return Procedures

Please request for return or exchange by emaiing us at mascomdirect@gmail.com within 3 days of order is received. You have to include the following details in the email:

• Order No.
• Contact No.
• Product to return or exchange
• Reason for return or exchange (so that we can improve)

Once we receive your request for return or exchange, we shall contact you within 3 business days for further instructions

In most cases, you will need to bear the shipping charges for returning the item to us. However , if we send the wrong or defective items to you, we will bear the cost of return shipping (standard shipping mehod)

Once your return is received and inspected by us, your refund will be processed and we will contact you to arrange the refund.
