Product orders from Happier submitted before 12pm (GMT+08.00) shall be packed and ready for delivery on the same day. In such cases, and if the destination is located in Malaysian major cities, the parcel is estimated to arrive within 48 hours unless stated otherwise in the product description page. However, there may be unforeseen circumstances which may delay the product delivery.
Product shipped from our international warehouse will be processed and shipped out of the international warehouse within 24-48 hours. In normal situation, parcel will arrive Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, USA, UK within 7-9 days. Shipping time table, Shipping method are listed on the SHIPPING information tab on every product page. Tracking code and tracking website will be issued within 24-48 hours from time of order.

Damages & Missing Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us by Phone/WhatsApp at +60172901003 or email within 3 business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via WhatsApp or Email. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy.
For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
In What Condition Do We Accept Product Exchange And/Or Refund?
Happier are allowed to return products within 14 calendar days from shipment date under the following circumstances:
a) Manufacturing defects.
b) Happier delivered the wrong item.
c) Products that have a 3 month warranty description will be honoured.
Product Return Policy & Procedures
(a) Stay Calm and Contact Us. Our support team is available Mondays - Fridays, 10am - 6pm.
(b) What do we need to verify that the item is allowed for exchange or return? In most cases, we will need your help to get a few photo or video (handphone standard is sufficient, no need studio photography. ) of the
item, show us where is the problem and we will get it processed. Off course, we will need to know the order ID too.
(i) How to send the item back to us. Once our support team confirms the return, we shall send you a digital consignment note (PosLaju). Retailers shall be required to inform the buyer to print the digital consignment note and paste it on the return parcel. We will arrange PosLaju to pick up the item from your address. If your prefers us to pick up the return item from another address like their work place,please do let us know too.
(ii) How to pack the return parcel. Please ensure that the parcel has all the items including the packaging in it. Make sure the parcel is not see-through and is well sealed. Paste the consignment note on the parcel.
(c) Exchange or Refund? We suggest you try to ask whether your buyer accepts product exchange as a first option. In any case, you shall have the option to either get refund for the item's amount paid as stated in the sales order, or product replacement (same produt/item). However, in the event where the particular item is out of stock, Happier shall refund the amount to you.
(d) How long does it take? The product return or refund normally takes about 7-14 working days to complete.Help us get the necessary information and Happier will try our very best to shorten the process.
(e) Buyer from countries other than Malaysia. The verification process is similar to Malaysia-to-Malaysia returns. Happier will still bear the return cost if it meets the Product Return Policy requirements. The only difference is we will use other courier service company and the process will take up to 30 days depending on buyer location and stock availability (worst case scenario). In the case of refund, we shall refund in the same currency in which you paid Happier.
Refund Or Replacement Will Not Be Applicable For The Following Situations:
a) Missing Original packaging
b) Any item that has been worn, or altered.
c) Used items (for cosmetic and other personal items such as undergarments, adult toys)
