We ship using Poslaju or other courier services. Orders place and paid for by 12 pm should be shipped the same day. Delivery will be the next business day for most places in Malaysia.

Our software all come with either license key code or USB dongles for software protection.
With License Key Code - the software can only we installed and used on one computer
you will need to buy new code if you want to install in another computer.
With USB Dongle - the software can be installed on any number of computer but can only be used on one computer at any one time with the USB dongle plugged in. If you want to use on more than one computer at simultaneously , you will need to purchase another new license.
Hardware devices have 1yr Standard Warranty. Please contact us if you have any issues.
Once software is sold and license key delivered, there is no refund for the software.
