- To ensure you are getting the best deal, our shipping cost charge not included in the unit price. All shipping cost paid are guaranteed to come with tracking number no matter what volume of your orders. Combine shipment facility allow you to plan your bulk purchase in One Order and eventually giving huge saving at your side.
- \When you order from our store, you can expect to receive your order within 3-6 working days For Peninsular delivery, and 5-9 working days for East Malaysia delivery unless for products stated "shipped after 3 days". Please inform us immediately via email to email@example.com if your order not received within the 3 working days (Peninsular); 6 working days (East Malaysia) after we shipped out the parcel. Please expect about 2 weeks transit time for delivery OUT OF MALAYSIA.
- All delivery will be arranged through Pos Laju, or Pos Parcel, or Skynet.
For Pre-order item, payment must be made upon order. Estimated delivery is 2-3 weeks after payment received.
We allow combine shipping if buyers purchase multiple items from us and the shipping fee is calculated based on the weight. System will automatically calculate the combine shipping fee and show on the check out page.
Policy on Out-of-Stock Items
All the products were in stock when your order was confirmed, but after your payment was confirmed, one of the products in your order went out of stock.
In this case we will contact you and we may ship all the in-stock products that you have ordered first and for products which are out of stock, we will ship it to you immediately once the next shipment of stock arrives or we will refund to you for those items out of stock.
The product was already out of stock when you made the order.
In this case we will ship all products in the order only when the new stock for the out of stock product arrives. However, in some situations we might ship the products that are available first. Otherwise, seller would contact buyer for decision to be placed on backorder or to proceed with a full-refund thus not wasting any time for both parties.

4) Velvet Line Trading understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly and will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver items as quickly as possible and within any time periods indicated. However, Velvet Line Trading will not be responsible for any delays in delivery which are beyond its control. If goods are not available or there is a delay in delivery. Velvet Line Trading will notify its customers within 5 business days.

Warranty / Return Policy:
- We cater different product with different warranty policy in order to make our store a wide range of products for customers.

Damages to item done deliberately or improper handling of it.
Damages to products caused by either impact, liquid, sand or insect, natural disaster and act of God.
Modifying, repairing the product without written consent.
Extra parts / accessories of the products, wire, manual, etc
- Damaged products can be returned to seller within 7 days unless noted in our Return Policy Exception.
Return Policy Exception:
- Damaged items and shortage claim: Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days upon receiving products by emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org
- To enable quick processing of your return, please send the copy of your order confirmation to email@example.com
- Upon receiving our acceptance of damaged shortage claim, kindly proceed to return by pack the item carefully in the original packaging. Please keep a copy of the tracking number and inform us the tracking number.
- Please make sure that the returned items were shipped from the same origin location. Items must be returned to the shipping origin for Credit/ Replacement to be issued accurately to the customer. Replacement/ Credit will be issued after return is received by us. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available then a refund will be issued.Shipping,handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
- As part of our return policy, all returns has to be done within 7 days upon we accepted damage shortage claim.
- Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment centers (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund/ replacement will be processed. Credit/ Replacement will be done within 7 working days unless payment is made by credit card and processing may take additional days.
- Parcel missing claim must be reported to us via email firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 working days for Peninsular Delivery; within 10 working days for East Malaysia Delivery. We will help to follow with shipping company.
- Parcel missing claim to be handled by relevant shipping company for all Delivery with tracking number.
