Refund Policy -
- Refunds will be given at the discretion of i-Pmart's management.

Equipment must be sent to the designated and approved Service Centre. If sent to other service centre, the warranty will be considered void.
Warranty Terms (i-Pmart)
Product(s) sold through i-Pmart are serviced and supported by their manufacturers in accordance with any terms and conditions packaged with the products. We will not accept return of product(s) that are not compatible with your system configuration or damaged during shipment to and from or misused by customer / shipping carrier or hold by custom.
