    We deliver to Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). Currently, we do not provide international shipping via this platform. Please contact us at info@whypaymoreonline.com if you wish to purchase our product(s) and send to oversea countries. We are happy to serve you.

    How much are the shipping charges?

    1. Shipping charges will be showed in the web-page or the process of check-out.
    2. The charges will be calculated based on shipping area and products’ weight/dimension.
    How long does it take to deliver the produtcts?
    1. We deliver the product(s) the latest by next working day when the order(s) is/are placed. Cut-off time for delivery of all orders is 2pm (Monday - Friday). We do not provide delivery service during weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays as our shipping partner's operation days are from Monday to Friday.
    2. As we are working with third-party shipping partner, we cannot guarantee the delivery time-lines, however, our reliable partner will try their best to deliver the products to you in the shortest period of time.
    3. Estimated Delivery Period:-
    • For Peninsular Malaysia deliveries, estimated 1-2 working days from delivery date.
    • For East Malaysia deliveries, please expect an estimated period of 2-4 working days from delivery date.

Order(s) which received on weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and Public holiday(s) will be processed on next working day. For order(s) without payment(s), we will keep the order record(s) for 48 hours. We will cancel order record(s) without payment(s) after 48 hours and we will not take any action for delivery. We will send a reminder to the buyers after 24 hours when the order(s) is/are placed (according to the system record(s)).

    Returns and Replacements

    All products sold in our store are NOT allowed to do cash refund. For product(s) received are “Not in Good Shape” or “Significant Not as Described”, we surely accept return(s) and replace new one(s) for you. In some cases, we may do cash refund partially or fully to you if the requested stock(s) is/are unavailable. Cash refund is subject to management approval and case by case basis.

    Apart from the above mentioned, to ensure 100% customer satisfaction, we have a 7-Days Exchange Policy. For any reason, if you are not satisfied with your purchase(s), we surely do exchange for you within 7 days, this is subject to stock availability. Please refer to our 7-Days Exchange Policy below. However, the 7-Days Exchange Policy DOES NOT apply to Sale, Clearance, and/or Promotion items in which we already clearly stated in the description - No Exchange, No Return, and/or No Refund (except product(s) not in good shape).

    Conditions for Returns and Replacements

    Item was damaged during shipment / Received a completely different item / Received fewer item as per your order(s) – You have to inform us immediately within 3 days after receipt of the product(s). Email the images of the damaged product(s) together with the signed and dated consignment note (to prove the receipt of the product(s) to us at info@whypaymoreonline.com. We will reply your email with full and complete returns and replacements instructions. To qualify and meet the requirements of returns and replacements, you must return the damaged product(s), original packaging, and the original signed and dated consignment note to us within 7 days by standard POS Laju shipment. We will process your request within 7 – 21 working days when we received your return package. If the stock is available, we will send the item to you as per the original shipping address. If the stock is unavailable within a reasonable time, we will send a request to you whether you wish to wait for the arrival of stock or to opt for cash refund. Please bear in mind, you may disqualify for this privilege if you fail to do so with the mentioned instructions. Cost of shipping for returns and replacements will be borne by us.

    We inspect all items carefully for defects prior to delivery. We treat all Returns and Replacements requests carefully and seriously. Please bear in mind, we DO NOT do cash refund for all products sold. Cash refund is not our practice, unless the requested stock(s) is/are not available, and we will send a request to you whether you wish to wait for the arrival of stock or to opt for cash refund. All cash refund is subject to management approval and case by case basis.

    Warranty/Exchange Procedures
    Please send your exchange request to info@whypaymoreonline within 7 days from the date you received the product(s). You have to include the following details in the email:

    1. Customer Name
    2. Contact number
    3. Correspondence address
    4. Original product order number and name
    5. Reason to exchange (for improvement purpose)


    We will process your exchange request within 7 business days and contact you by phone for further instructions.

    For gentle reminder, you need to bear all shipping charges (inbound and outbound) for the exchange request(s). However, we will pay the shipping charges IF and only IF we send the wrong item(s) to you or the product(s) that we delivered is/are not in good shape.

    Warranty Policy

     

    1. Within the warranty period, a new/replacement unit will be replaced without any charges for parts and labour, however buyer have to pay for the postage and handling charge. (We will responsible to ship the faulty item to our manufacturer located at China with a minimum charges RM30-RM50)
    2. Postage of warranty must be beared by buyer in both way sending.
    3. We reserve the rights to replace the product with the same or equivalent product.
    4. Replacement of product does not in any way renew or extend the warranty period.
    5. Warranty is only applicable to the buyer of the product.
    6. Customers are required to ship the product to us, we do not bare the postage charges.
    7. Customers are responsible for the cost of transportation for sending the product for warranty.
    8. Please make sure that the product is properly packaged to ensure that no damage occurs to the product during transit.
    9. Please take note that it takes 3 days - 3 months for the verification and product replacement process.
    10. The warranty does not apply to any extra parts of the product for example the wiring, power adapter and the manual.
    11. The warranty does not cover replacement or repair necessitated by loss or damage from any cause beyond the control of us, such as lightning or other natural and weather related events or specific situations including voltage supply problems, tempering or unauthorised repair by any person, use of defective or incompatible accessories, exposure to abnormal temperatures and conditions or entry by any insect or foreign object in the product.
    12. The warranty does not cover damage or loss incurred during transportation of the product.
    13. Warranty void if there is physical damage on the products or the product box is lost.
