You can return purchases from us by mail or at any of our retail location, regardless of whether you made your purchase online, by phone or in an BillyBikeShop online store.
You must inform us at email@example.com within 7 days of the SHIPPED DATE of the product if return is desired. You must get approval/confirmation (via email) from us prior to returning a product.
For approved returning, the returned product must be in its original packaging which is unopened / unused / unassembled condition. we will confirm with you for the returning arrangement.
You are responsible for shipping cost as well as product damage/lost of the during the return shipping. You must ship and return the product to us within 7 days after receiving the return confirmation notice.
Restocking Fee: Unless the product is defective or the return is a direct result of our error, a restocking fee of 10% + Shipping Cost (RM10 or actual shipping cost regardless FREE SHIPPING during the purchase, whichever is higher) may be charged on bicycles, accessories, parts and components.
For products older than 7 days, customer will have to ship the product to us for warranty claim at his / her own cost.
