Orders shipped Sabah and Sarawah usually take between 2-7 days to arrive depend on the types of courier services and shipping companies, although sometimes a bit longer.

Self Collection (Pick-Up)Customers can also arrange to pick up from our office with no delivery charge. Self Collection have to be prearranged in advance, by appointment only. Orders are usually ready the next business day, email will be sent once the order is ready. Prearrangement can be made thereafter. Self collect hours are10.30am-1.00pm and 2.30pm-5.30pm weekdays only
Defective/Wrong Items or Didn and rsquo;t Receive
If you receive an item and it and rsquo;s broken, has a defect, not working or the wrong item, call us and we and rsquo;ll arrange for a replacement to be sent right away. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of the item.
Damaged in Shipment
