Introduction

We are a team of automotive gear heads out to make a difference in the after-market industry. We believe that every driver on the road wants to get the best driving experience out of their rides and we exist to fill this need. Being customers ourselves during our rebellious,younger adult days, we found that it wasn't easy for drivers to find and buy parts and accessories. So, after a couple thousand grey hairs later and also with the growth of the internets, we drummed up enough guts to start-up 12Volts in 2011.

Although we started off and mainly specialize in automotive products, we have since diversified into other categories such as Home, Fashion and more. Constant pestering by suppliers and not wanting to waste our capabilities, we decided to venture into other categories and so far finding it to be a nice change of scenery :) Hence, we have now added lifestyle products so we can furhter satisfy our customers.

At 12Volts, our goal is to bring a wide range of quality products at very affordable prices so that you can have the lifestyle you want without burning a hole in your pocket. We try to connect you to the right quality products and make purchasing easy. Our plan is to make less on each sale, but to sell to more people. It's a WIN/WIN in our opinion.

We have worked very hard and gained trust from reputable and well-known vendors in the industry. Although we are relatively young, our passion and our professionalism we believe is our strength, and also the reason why big brands are willing to work with us. Also, having a clear vision of where we want not just ourselves, but the entire industry to be seems to be well received.

Ethics

Our customers do not have to worry as we are highly, highly critical towards ourselves in making sure we give the best service possible. Also, we are not in the business of making a quick buck, therefore we would never ever resort to any "cheap tactics". Rest assured, any and all private information collected during the purchase process will NEVER, EVER be given, sold nor traded to ANYONE!
