1) 1FashionHouse.com reserves the right to accept or reject any returnable item and the decision to accept or reject any returned item is final.


2) All lingerie items are strictly non-returnable/exchangeble/refundable due to hygienic reasons.


3) If the returnable items are out of stock, the customers may seek a refund from us.


4) Item photo displayed in the website is slightly different in terms of color, design and size from the actual product.


5) All complaints below shall not be entertained if:

a) Size measurement differs by about 1cm-3cm.

b) Minor loose threads, irregular fold or wrinkle produced by crumpling.

c) Certain odor smell.

d) Other subjective reasons such as not nice, not comfortable, don't like the color, design or size.

Return Policy

1) 1FashionHouse.com reserves the right to accept or reject any returnable item.


2) Customers may return the item for exchange if:

a) The item is terribly damaged.

b) The item is massively stained.

c) The item is substantially defective with quality, design and size problem.

d) 1FashionHouse.com mistakenly supplied the wrong item from what has been ordered by customers.


3) The shipping fee for the return item will be fully borned by 1FashionHouse.com provided it falls under condition 2(a)-(d) above.


4) All returnable items returned for exchange/refund are subjected to the item not used or not worn or not washed and the packaging is still in the original conditions - with the tags (if any) still attached.


5) All returned items will be fully inspected and the decision to accept or reject any returned item is final.
