We will provide tracking number for you to trace the shipment status once it is shipped. Full refund applies if not received within 20 days with no question asked.

Return Policy
Items are exchangable within 2 days from the date of receiving. Please make sure it complies with our policy below before making request for a exchange.
Customer must contact us,regarding your problem before sending back for replacement.
Items found to be damaged within the replacement period will be returned at buyer own expenses, we will replace it and send it back at our cost.
We are not responsible for any items lost in the post when returned to us, we suggest customer to returned with express or registered post with tracking number to ensure it is safe.
We encourage customer to seek for assistance if you are not sure which size to purchase, we do not offer refund for item purchase wrongly.
Item must be return in the original packaging, the product taps, tag, carton or boxes, any missing item will be rejected.
