1. For ready stock item, we will deliver on 1-3 working days that stated in lelong.

2. if items is under restock we will state it on option of items.

3. Item offer with free shipping is eligible for semenanjung, We are unable to bare the shipping charges to sabah sarawak.

4. For shipping charges is base on the size, weight or etc.

5. For Sabah Sarawak , weight or size more than 1kg or 1.2kg will send by pos parcel. It takes 7 days arrive. Once buyer has made purchase means buyer agreed with the terms.

3. If need to claim of warranty, we will send a customer return form to buyer. Buyer has the responsibility to wrap in proper way and return in full package. For bigger and heavy size item, please seek for our advise. If we agreed with high cost of shipping charges, we will inform you. If buyer did not get our approval and send by without our knowledge, we will not entertain.

4. Return item need to send back in 3 working days for semenanjung, 5 working days for Sabah Sarawak. After the period of return, if buyer did not send back. We will not entertain.
