TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1) Goods sold are not refundable or exchangeable, otherwise a cancellation fee of 10% will be imposed and the remaining amount will be credited back to you.
2) All units are eligible for 1 year warranty by Garmin Authorised Distributor.
3) Seller is not responsible for any damages or goods loss during delivery. Please contact courier company for claims.
4) Payment must be done within 2 days upon the end of auction.
5) We use Poslaju services and postage services will not be refundable.
6) Goods will be delivered upon clarification of payment.
POLICY
1) Warranty becomes void when the serial number is removed, defaced and altered.
2) Warranty does not cover any unit damaged by usage not in accordance with instruction of operation, burns and external damage.
3) Buyer is responsible for transportation both ways when claiming warranty.
