Terms and Conditions

 

We will post your item within 3 to 5 business days of receiving full payment. You will be provided with a tracking number to track your item. Kindly take note of the this time.

 

All sales are considered final and non-refundable including shipping and handling fees.

No refunds or exchange is offered for printed items.

For plain items if we offer refunds, Lelong transaction charges (8%) and Netpay processing fee (2-3.5%) will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Color variation:

Due to different color calibration and types of monitor, actual color may vary slightly.

 

Prints/Image/Motifs:

StudioEighty4 guarantees that the print on the actual item will reflect the pictures posted but the size of the print on the posting should only be used as an approximation.

 

Size:

Before placing your order, please refer to our size chart to choose the correct size. Please contact us if you have any confusion.

The buyer will not hold StudioEighty4 responsible for wrong size selection. We do not offer change of size on all printed items.

 

 

FAQ

1- COD (CASH ON DELIVERY)

No we do not offer any such services. All items are posted via couriers and tracking numbers are provided

 

2- Can I come into your store to check sizes

We are an online store ONLY with no physical shop. All our listings come with sizing charts, kindly refer to those charts, we will gladly assist you if you have any confusions.

 

3- Custom Colours for Designs

We do allow customers to choose a different color shirt other then listed, but please note it will incur additional charges and are subject to availability.

 

4- I ordered wrong size, can I get an exchange?

Yes for all plain non printed shirts, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will gladly exchange the same product with a different size. The customer must bear the cost for returning the shirts to us and posting of exchange products. This does not apply to items purchased during "Sales" or other promotions.

 

5- Exchange for printed items

We do not offer exchange for any of our printed items, please ensure to choose the correct size before placing your order.

 

6- Undelivered items

All parcels are sent via couriers with tracking numbers, please use them to track the progress of your parcel. Most couriers will make only one attempt to deliver the parcels, and leave a parcel note in case of failure to deliver. Customer is responsible for arranging redelivery or collection in person from the courier service. Couriers usually return the parcel to sender if the parcel is not collected within 7 days. We will repost the items upon customers request, the charges are to be paid by the customer.

 

POLICY


We take great pride in our work and customer service, but if your not satisfied with your item on reasonable grounds, please contact us and we will try our best to solve the problem.

 

Return Policy:

All items must be returned in their original unworn condition, including original packaging/label/tags within 7 days of receiving the items.

Buyer will have to bear the cost for posting the item for replacement.

 

Defective item:

We do not offer refund for defective items but will gladly replace the item for you. Buyer will have to contact us within 3 days of receiving the defective item and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving.

Please note that StudioEighty4 will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the transit, refer to Risk of Loss section.

 

Wrong Item:

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and return the item to us within 7 days of receiving.

Once we have received and checked the return item, we will proceed with replacing the item within 7 business days.

 

Risk of Loss:

StudioEighty4 will not be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments during the transit, however customers may make claims with the relevant courier company.

 

Items on Promotion or SALE

Plain items purchased during SALE or OTHER LELONG PROMOTIONS can not be exchanged, please ensure you follow our sizing guide before deciding to buy the item. We can not offer any exchange on items bought during such periods.

 

Please note our warranty does not cover following:

Deliberate damage done or improper handling of item

Not following the care instructions provided with the item.
