TERMS AND CONDITIONS ONLINE TRANSACTION WITH D DART STORE
General Terms:-
1) The party willing to purchase through www.d-dart.com.my and accepted this Terms Condition hereinafter called buyer/customer.
2) The party willing to sell through www.d-dart.com.my and compliance with this Terms Condition hereinafter called seller.
Goods Delivery Policy
1) Buyers are fully agreed that seller are not responsible on any damages or loss of parcel during delivery.
If there is the case happened buyer need to direct deal with the logistic company.
The seller would not made compensation on behalf of logistic company.
2) We always wrapped nicely and engaged professional well known logistic company to ensure good deliverly services to buyer.
3)Buyers will bear all the expenses on returning and resending the goods if it is on whatever causes
Goods Exchanged or Returned Policy
1) Buyers are fully agreed all exchanged items subject to manufacturer decision. Manufacturer decision is the final decision.
If there is the any dispute on the goods claiming after the decision was made by Manufacturers, buyers need to directly deal with Manufacturer.
2)Goods that cannot be claimed if there was used, stained, damaged products, etc
3)Goods that cannot be claimed if there was not in the original packing or missing original tag.
4) All items that exceeded 7 days from date of goods received not entitled to claims.
5) All items that by human error (example: drop damage) not entitled to claims. Only items are from Manufacturers defected entitled to claims and subject to Manufacturer decision.
6)Buyer’s will bear all the postage charges on returned and resending items and is not refundable.
Payment Policy
1)Buyers are fully agreed Once payment / deposit is made, we do not accept money refund or exchange
other product.
2)When payment was made, buyers need to produce the full pages clearly payment receipt or evidence to seller.
3)We do not make delivery on any not clearly or suspicious payment receipt before investigation done.
4)Seller and relevant parties or authorities will take legal actions on any duplicate or fraud of payment receipt given to seller.
