1. Payment shall be made within 48 hours from date of order.

2. In case of the force majeure, seller will not be responsible for any damage or lost during delivery.

3. Buyer must provide address in details. Any successful traced shipment but failed in reaching buyers will not be entertained.

4. Buyer bears all the transportation costs. No free shipping unless stated/provided by default.

5. Combine shipment is allowed, additional charges may applied.

6. Dispute, If any, shall be settled by friendly negotiation between two parties.

7. Goods sold are not refundable/returnable unless got defect problem which should inform us within 3 days after received it. Any failure to do so will not be entertained.

• Shipping Cost? Please refer posting (Shipping Method). You can change courier service by paying extra.
• Account(s) No.? Can find it at our Store Banner.
• Buying without Lelong Account? Please email me the item id/link, quantity color needed, your complete shipping address etc.

Returning Good and Refunds

1) All items received within 7 days with manufacturing defects will be exchanged 1 to 1 with other available stocks of the same product. For product warranties under local distributors, buyer have to claim directly with them. Except for items like screen protector, there is no warranty after application

2) We are not liable to any shipment cost for returned products due to exchange, unsatisfied product, buyer's non collection or insufficient/ incorrect address provided.

3) Buyer is responsible to collect the parcel if in any event the parcel is needed to be collected from nearest courier company.

4) We are not liable to any shipment lost/ damaged during shipping by postage.

5) If multiple products are purchased at our store, we will charge shipment fees according to combined weight/ volumetric of all items purchased.

6) We are not liable for any damages to customer equipments or injuries caused directly/ indirectly by misuse or manufacturing defects of product(s) purchased from us. All lawsuits and disputes shall be directed to the respective product manufacturer(s).
